Carillon Video to run a huge promotion on their final diary dates for 2018!

We’ve not done something this big before like, ever! But, we’ve been looking at the diary and rather than spending lots of money on advertising to fill up just the last few wedding dates that are available in our 2018 diary, we’ve decided to just offer a one off, special discount.

So here goes….

If you’re getting married in 2018 and you want a wedding film from Carillon Video, you can now book our Gold Package with a massive 30 percent off! What do you do next? Well, have a look at our showreel and see if our wedding film style is right for you, then drop us an email through the contact page with the details (definitely need the date) of your wedding and we’ll check our diary to see if we’re free. If we are, you can book right away and as always, we’ll lock that date out in our diary, just for you.

What could be simpler?

The Gold Package is now £630.00 to you, assuming we are available. That’s cheaper than our standard Bronze Package!

Please note:

  1. Clearly we are more likely to be filming on weekends rather than weekdays, but just because we are not filming on a particular weekday, doesn’t mean we will have availability on that date. The reason for this is, a wedding film is not just a full day filming. It’s several weeks of editing and post production too.
  2. There are obviously a very limited number of dates available. First come, first served. We are not in the business of cancelling on clients to take better paying weddings elsewhere (believe me, it happens – I get many calls from distraught couples who have been let down at the last minute because their videographer got offered more money on their wedding date).
  3. All our other terms & conditions are still valid for this offer.

The Wedding of Lyndsey & Manoj

The wedding of Lyndsey & Manoj, filmed at Ashfield House, Standish

Lyndsey & Manoj booked the Platinum Package with us, to cover their entire wedding day. We started filming both at Ashfield House in Standish (bridal preparations) and their home (groom preparations). Once the groom set off for the ceremony, we brought both cameras together and filmed everything until well after the first dance.

Their wedding featured Indian drums and dancing and a casino for guests to try their hand at Blackjack and Roulette.

The Wedding of Jenna & Chris

Jenna & Chris got married at St. Margaret’s Church in Ilkley. Their wedding reception was held at the splendid Rudding Park Hotel in Harrogate. They opted for the Gold Package (plus first dance), to give them the coverage they wanted. As always, we filmed on two cameras, with two camera operators, so we wouldn’t miss a single second of the action.

The Wedding of Lorna & Luke

Lorna & Luke got married at Tyn Dwr Hall in Llangollen, North Wales. The venue is fairly new to weddings, we were led to believe. But what a stunning venue it is, nestled in a rather rugged valley next to a picture perfect stream and gardens.

The wedding film very much featured the venue and a helicopter flight in by the groom and his party. Fun in the edit suite because we got to use the original James Bond theme music!

Our day started with filming establishing shots of the venue and then moving indoors to film the bridal party getting ready. That’s when our camera failed in style. Luckily, being professional videographers we had a backup camera ready to go so we switched to that without a hitch (well, a hitch with filming). After the photographer had similar issues, we suggested that perhaps the place was haunted and we were advised it definitely was!

In a slight twist with this wedding, we’ve decided to share all the parts we filmed for Lorna & Luke on our website. Why? For years, we’ve struggled to describe just what great value for money you get with a Carillon Video wedding film, compared to many other wedding videographers. We thought, “how can we truly get the message across to those potential clients who are looking for an amazing wedding film?” Then it struck us! The message is contained within the end product itself. Lorna & Luke have very kindly agreed to allow us to share their entire wedding film in this way. Thanks guys!

Part three of the photo shoot in the venue gardens, featuring mostly shots of the bride and groom away from the wedding guests and enjoying a bit of peace and quiet.

That special moment where the bride and groom walk into the wedding reception and their guests welcome them with cheers and maybe even an impromptu song!

Speeches. Lots of speeches. Filmed in full, of course. The ghosts got the better of the venue radio mic for a short while, but fortunately for us, we’d covered ourselves with our own radio mics on the top table, so we captured all the audio. The venue manager quickly interceded to exorcise the gremlins in the sound system so that everyone could once again hear the speeches.

The first dance. When we say first dance, we mean the first dance and leave the cameras rolling for a while. In this case, we captured a rather good wedding band in full flow. Certainly one of the many highlights of this fantastic wedding!

The Wedding of Elaine & Simon

Elaine & Simon married at The Marriott Hotel in Manchester City Centre. The entire wedding took place in the hotel and we film bridal preparations right through until after the first dance for this lovely couple.

We filmed on two cameras, with two camera operators throughout the day (as always) and delivered the final film on Blu-ray Disc and DVD.

The Wedding of Diane & Duncan

Diane & Duncan got married at Red Hall in Ramsbottom. The entire wedding took place at this one venue, which create a very relaxed a fun day for both us filming and the wedding guests.

We started filming an hour before the ceremony started, capturing guests arriving and Duncan pretending he had everything under control. We then followed the whole day through, capturing the ceremony in full, the photo sessions, speeches and the first dance.

Highlight of the day? I guess the first dance…. a routine clearly dreamed up in advance by Diane and almost not forgotten by Duncan!

The Wedding of Clare & Mark

Clare & Mark got married at St. James’s Church in Didsbury, followed by an amazing wedding reception at The Radisson Blu Edwardian hotel in Manchester City Centre. We filmed the whole day – both bride & groom preparations right through to well after the first dance.

Two cameras, for twice the coverage!

Having two cameras and two camera operators throughout the whole day allowed us to be in two places at once. For example, early in the day, we were covering both bride (in Manchester) and groom (at home in Didsbury). We met in the middle, at the church. The church ceremony featured an excellent Blues Brothers tribute band who had everyone clapping along. A truly happy occasion it was!

Louise & Peter got married in the Midlands at a lovely church followed by the reception at Hawkesyard Estate. They finished their wedding day off in style with a firework display over the golf course. If Carillon Video did wedding awards, Louise & Peter might well win the award for happiest couple – they never stopped smiling, laughing and joking all day!

The Wedding of Georgina & Kevin

We thought we’d share some of the detail that goes into creating a bespoke wedding film here at Carillon Video. Georgina & Kevin got married a few years ago and we were asked by a friend of theirs to film a surprise wedding video for them. The whole thing was planned in secret.

The wedding was shot at the Bride’s house, the pub across the road (for pre-ceremony with the groom), St. Paul’s Church in Norden and The Last Drop Village in Bromley Cross, Bolton.

The Wedding of Laura & Nick

Carillon Video presents the wedding highlights taken from Laura & Nicks wedding

This was a wedding to remember. Whether it be dads song to his daughter Laura, performed live during the speeches or the whacky costumes for the impromptu guest cabaret during the evening disco. We were exhausted after a long day trying to keep up!

Filmed on two cameras at the brides house in Ormskirk, Rufford Old Hall for the ceremony and Mossock Hall Golf Club for the reception. The happy couple also chose to add guest video messages to a highly bespoke wedding film package we created for them. We had lots of fun switching the order of the messages around to make them even more amusing to watch.
